  • The Frequency Shift: Why Your Goals Feel Empty and How to Create from Your Soul ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 64
    2026/06/16

I have been sitting with this teaching for a while now, and I knew the moment it landed in session one of Unlearning that I could not keep it tucked away inside the Wild Ones. So today I am bringing you a piece of the deepest course I have ever created, and I want you to feel what I mean by that.

Unlearning is a six-week journey for anyone who is ready to stop chasing goals that look right on paper and start creating from the thing that actually matters: your soul. This is the work I have been building toward for years, the thread that runs through everything I teach about somatics, nervous system healing, ancestral wisdom, and community. It is all here.

In this episode, I am sharing a piece of session one, which I called The Frequency Shift. It is the teaching that names what so many of us have been feeling but could not quite articulate. Why we are tired even when we are succeeding. Why the dreams we have finally given ourselves permission to chase keep leaving us quietly hollow. And what the real question underneath all of it actually is.

This one might shake something loose. That is exactly the point. Let it.

    Episode Breakdown:

01:11 — Why the feeling of separation was never an accident

04:59 — Humans as neurons of the Earth

    07:46 — The 90-day creation rhythm

09:20 — Three ways goals backfire

13:16 — Goal line vs. soul line

15:53 — The live journal practice

22:49 — Course roadmap and how to join

If something shifted in you while you listened, I want to hear about it. Send me a DM on Instagram and tell me what landed. And if you are ready to go deeper, Unlearning is happening right now inside the Wild Ones. Session one replays are already available, and there is still so much magic ahead in weeks two through six. Come as you are, right where you are.

  • Follow Your Intuition and Create a Soul-Aligned Life with Isik Tlabar ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 63
    2026/06/02

Some conversations feel less like interviews and more like a remembering. This is one of them.

Isik Tlabar is back, and I'm so glad she is. She's an intuition coach who works at the intersection of inner knowing, heart wisdom, and the kind of soul-led living most of us quietly crave but don't know how to reach. Last time she was on, she talked about how her intuition pulled her out of 12 years in the UK and into Istanbul. No reason she could explain. No roadmap. Just a quiet inner pull she decided to trust.

This time, we pick up right where that left off. What's happened since is exactly the kind of proof that following the breadcrumbs actually works.

What I love about Isik is that she cuts through the spiritual noise without losing the magic. She talks about intuition the way you talk about something you actually live with, not a concept you've studied. And when everything around us is loud and moving faster than our nervous systems can handle, this conversation hits differently.

We go deep on the visioning practice she does every single day. It's so simple, and so different from goal-setting, that something genuinely shifted in me while we were recording it. We talk about what gets in the way of trusting yourself: the mind, the approval-seeking, the impatience, the small compromises you make just to release the tension. And we get into how to tell the difference between real intuition and spiritual bypassing, a distinction the conscious community needs right now.

If your inner voice has been hard to hear lately, start here.

    Episode Breakdown:

    • 00:58 — Two years in Istanbul with no clear reason why, and why that turned out to be the whole point
    • 05:32 — Goals have a finish line; visions grow with you, here's how to tell the difference and why it matters
    • 13:46 — What happens when your gut takes you somewhere you never expected and how to trust that anyway
    • 22:42 — The real barriers to trusting yourself (mind, approval-seeking, impatience) and how to start rebuilding that muscle small
    • 34:51 — Your nervous system was not built for this much noise, and your intuition is the first thing to go quiet
    • 47:13 — Practical micro-practices to drop into presence even on your most chaotic, overscheduled days
    • 01:02:00 — Isik's free monthly visioning circle, her intuition course waitlist, and how to work with her one-to-one

  • The Real Reason Your Dream Doesn't Fit in Your Calendar ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 62
    2026/05/19

Hello, and welcome back to Enter the Portal. In this episode, I’m looking at our relationship with time, our calendars, and the way we fill our lives with everything except the thing we actually want to be creating.

I don’t believe we have a time problem. I believe we have a space problem. Because yes, life is full. We have jobs, families, kids, launches, clients, errands, laundry, and all the things asking for our attention. But sometimes when we look back at the week, we can see that we filled every open space with more doing, more consuming, more organizing, and more busy, instead of making room for the thing that actually lights us up.

Just like fire needs oxygen to burn, our creativity, purpose, and passion need room to breathe. When we pile too much onto the calendar, we don’t make the flame stronger. We smother it. And for me, that has changed the way I look at my schedule. Instead of asking how much more I can fit in, I’ve started asking where my fire needs space first.

This episode is about noticing where we’re performing busy, where we’re earning rest, and where we’re unconsciously filling the space that could be used for our creative work, soul work, and deeper purpose. Whether it’s the book, the course, the business, the retreat, the community, or the project you keep saying you’ll get to someday, this is your reminder to begin making space for it now.

I also share more about Unlearning, my six-week initiation inside the Wild Ones community. We’re going to clear the conditioning that keeps us repeating the same patterns, restore our nervous system capacity, and create a clear 90-day creation map so when you finally sit down to work on your thing, you know exactly what the next move is.

    Episode Breakdown with Timestamps

00:54 Why I don’t believe we have a time problem

01:55 What fire teaches us about creativity, purpose, and space

05:21 How I started putting space into my calendar first

08:52 The question that could give you back 52 days a year

10:28 Why I want you to stop earning your rest

  • Spiritual Lineage and Soul Purpose: Awakening the Temple Body with Sofiah Thom ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 61
    2026/05/05

In this powerful episode of Enter the Portal, I welcome Sofiah Thom, founder of Temple Body Arts® School, embodied feminine leadership guide, ritual artist, and co-founder of Envision Festival. Born into a fourth-generation spiritual lineage, Sofiah shares how her lifelong relationship with spiritual practice, dance, devotion, and deep listening has shaped her path as a visionary teacher, ceremonialist, and spiritual midwife.

Together, Sofiah and I open a rich conversation around womb wisdom, fertility, miscarriage, sacred sexuality, rites of passage, and the creative power that lives inside every woman. Sofiah speaks honestly about the 2017 near-death miscarriage that became a profound rebirth portal, ultimately leading her to fully birth Temple Body Arts into the world. Her story is a reminder that sometimes the thing we think we are meant to create shifts shape, and through grief, surrender, and trust, something even more aligned emerges.

This episode explores what it means to live in devotion to your soul’s purpose, trust the body’s knowing, and honor the pivots that life asks of us. Sofiah and I weave through themes of feminine leadership, spiritual awakening, perimenopause, sabbatical, ritual, discernment, creative expression, and the courage it takes to stop playing small. She also shares about releasing old identities, cutting energetic cords, listening to the womb, and stepping onto the global stage as a ceremonialist, artist, and guide for women who are ready to remember who they truly are.

Sofiah’s work through Temple Body Arts® supports visionary women, artists, mystics, and feminine leaders in embodied wisdom, ritual dance, sensuality, voice, creative power, and transformational leadership. Her current offerings include mystery school pathways, ritual artistry, trauma-informed facilitation, and global activations for women ready to live their YES.

  • Dreaming Big Is Keeping You Stuck - Jenner Linden ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 5
    2026/04/21

Welcome back to Enter the Portal. This solo episode is for the woman who has read the books, done the trainings, collected the tools, and still feels like she's hovering just outside the thing she's actually here to do.

I'm talking about the difference between the dreams we were handed and the ones that are actually ours. So many women spend years chasing goals that look good on the outside but feel hollow inside. Not because they chose wrong, but because they never got to choose. Family, culture, and expectation all have a way of filling in the blanks before we ever get the chance.

I also get into why so many capable women stay stuck in preparation mode. It's rarely about time or money or not knowing enough. More often, it's this: the fear that if you go after what you actually want, you'll lose where you belong. That fear is quiet. But it runs deep.

This episode is about naming it, building enough safety in your body to move through it, and taking your real calling seriously, maybe for the first time.

    Episode Breakdown with Timestamps
    • 00:00 — A brief welcome back and the deeper intention behind this conversation
    • 01:59 — I introduce the heart of this episode: the difference between inherited dreams and the deeper dreams that are truly yours
    • 05:09 — I share where the idea of “dreaming bigger” began for me and how it first shifted my perspective
    • 07:21 — I break down what “dreaming big” means and why many conventional milestones are often shaped by conditioning
    • 13:18 — I give examples of soul dreams and what it can look like when you begin honoring what is uniquely yours to create
    • 16:41 — I talk about why so many women stay stuck in research, preparation, and circling instead of moving forward
    • 21:47 — I introduce Reclaiming, my free online retreat for women who are ready to reclaim their voice, dreams, and life force

If this episode opened something in you, I’d love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with a woman who is ready to trust herself more deeply. Your support helps us reach more people who need these conversations around healing, purpose, nervous system regulation, and feminine power. And if you’ve been circling a dream that won’t leave you alone, let this be your reminder: it’s there for a reason.

  • The Power of Shadow Work: Reclaiming Self-Worth and Inner Freedom Tara Kabatoff ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 59
    2026/03/03

This conversation with Tara Kabatov strips shadow work down to what it actually is. Not something to journal about and move on. Not an Instagram trend. Real shadow work means looking at the parts of yourself you've avoided and learning how to be with them, in your body, without numbing or escaping.

Tara created The Shadow Project after her own unraveling pulled her out of corporate life and into deep internal work. We talked about how unconscious patterns show up in our bodies, how they get reinforced through relationships, and why most people are still looking for answers outside themselves. She shared how a lifelong rupture with a parent shifted only after she changed her own internal landscape, not through confrontation, but through doing the work on herself.

We also got into ancestral patterning, how pain becomes physical when it's been ignored for too long, and why most of what's called shadow work out there is actually just spiritual bypassing in disguise.

If you've been circling the same patterns for years, this one's for you.

    Episode Timestamps

    1. 0:00 — What shadow work really is, and why it starts in the body
    2. 1:10 — Understanding the unconscious mind and how it shapes your life
    3. 5:36 — Tara’s journey from corporate life to creating The Shadow Project
    4. 16:29 — Why relationships are mirrors: how patterns repeat until they’re healed
    5. 26:52 — Reconnecting with the body as a pathway to healing the unconscious
    6. 41:46 — Forgiveness, compassion, and breaking generational cycles

  • Building the World We Want: Creative Revolution and Announcement ⎸Enter the Portal EP# 58
    2026/02/24

Twenty years ago, I walked out of a weekend seminar a completely different woman. I had no idea that my Saturn return journey would take me from a bathroom floor crying over a guy who kept leaving, to building a global community of thousands. But here's what nobody tells you about transformation work: the healing isn't the destination.

We're living through a moment that astrologers are calling a reconfiguration of our civilization. The old systems are crumbling. And while the world feels heavy right now, I believe we're standing at the threshold of our Creative Revolution. Not someday when we're healed enough or ready enough, but right now, messy and alive and here.

For eight years, the Wild Ones has been a space for self-expression and community. But I've been feeling this itch, this pull toward something deeper. And this month, I finally named it. My real mission has always been helping wild ones build things that create change in the world. The film festivals. The gardens. The podcasts. The movements. The things that matter.

So we're deepening. The Wild Ones is shifting from monthly moon cycles to seasonal three-month containers, moving through earth, air, water, and fire. More space. More breath. More room for you to actually create the thing your heart is calling you to build. This episode is my confession, my declaration, and your invitation to stop waiting for permission.

    Episode Breakdown:

    1. 00:25 — A once-in-millennia astrological shift is here, and it's pushing us into a new era
    2. 04:10 — My Saturn return bathroom floor moment and the seminar that changed everything
    3. 10:03 — The film festival that shifted me from healing mode into creator mode
    4. 18:18 — The realization that rocked my world: self-development isn't the destination
    5. 25:12 — How Wild Ones is evolving from moon-to-moon into seasonal containers
    6. 30:10 — Inside the seasonal framework: elements, cycles, and the Wild Spiral
    7. 39:53 — You're needed now, not someday when you're ready

If this episode resonated with you, I'd love for you to subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs to hear this right now. Your voice matters. Let's amplify this message together.

  • The Gentle Path to Purpose: Exploring the Gene Keys with Maria Henning ⎸Enter the Portal EP #57
    2025/09/30

If you’ve ever wondered what your soul is really here to do… this episode is for you.

Today on Enter the Portal, I sit down with Gene Keys guide and Human Design teacher Maria Henning to explore the power of self-awareness, spiritual evolution, and decoding your personal energetic blueprint. With her roots in science and a deep connection to mysticism, Maria brings a rare clarity to what it actually means to trust yourself, follow your path, and live from your highest frequency.

We explore the full arc of her story—from being raised Catholic in Venezuela, to rejecting spirituality completely, to eventually discovering Human Design, manifestation, and the Gene Keys. This conversation is expansive, honest, and full of those “oh wow, that’s me” kind of moments.

Whether you’re curious about what the Gene Keys are, how they compare to Human Design and astrology, or you just want to feel more connected to your purpose—you’ll find something here that resonates. We also bust some myths (like the one about “specific vs. nonspecific manifestors”), and talk about how these systems aren’t here to box you in, but to free you.

    Episode Breakdown with Timestamps
    • [00:00] — Maria’s wild path from Catholic roots to scientific rebellion and back to spirituality
    • [09:56] — How Human Design, manifestation, and self-trust opened the door to deeper work
    • [16:33] — What those “manifestation arrows” really mean—and where they come from
