    Hi there and welcome to the last episode in our mini series about name-calling bullying.

    In the last two episodes, we’ve looked at how to challenge name calling bullying using the Equalities Act and using stalking legislation in the civil courts. In this week’s episode, we look at three powerful employment rights you can use to get your employer to take your concerns seriously and make the bullying stop. Those rights are:

    Constructive dismissal;
    Whistleblowing protections; and,
    Breach of contract rights

    Having explored each of these rights in detail in previous podcasts, we give a brief explanation of how each employment right works, and we also use employment tribunal case that show how these rights operate in real life.
