Return to your inner sanctuary with this deep listening music experience created to support somatic awareness and mindfulness meditation. Deep listening can be a meditative practice – letting the natural sounds and flow of music bring compassionate awareness to your breath, physical sensations and thoughts. As you relax into this calming journey through soundscapes of free-flowing ambient music, ethereal piano and organic sounds of the natural world, listen with your whole body – relaxed and aware – letting thoughts and sensations come and go. No need to resist or hold on to anything you experience. Allowing the higher patterns of nature bring you back to the home inside yourself and the healing power of the present moment.

Welcome to SOMA Sound ~ healing music and nature sounds to calm the nervous system for deep relaxation, meditation, and restorative sleep. Each immersive deep listening experience is offered as a gentle restorative practice to help you reconnect to your body’s natural state of healing, balance and resilience. SOMA Sound music is 100% human made. I record all my own nature sounds and put a lot of heartfelt time and energy into these unique offerings and appreciate your support. This podcast is ad supported - the short ads in the beginning (*never in the middle or the end*) help support my ability to keep making music for the community. Longer ad-free listening experiences are available to download or stream via Patreon or Bandcamp.
