Welcome to Email Empire with Allison Hardy, the podcast for entrepreneurs who are so over trying to outsmart the algorithm, clinging to live launches for dear life, or sending emails that don’t actually sell... anything.

If you want to build a business that sells your offers on autopilot, without requiring you to perform on Instagram every day, this is the show you keep in your back pocket.

Here’s what you’ll get every week:
  • What’s actually working right now in email marketing
  • Real-time tests, numbers, and results from my email unnels and my clients’ email funnels
  • The honest, behind-the-scenes debriefs that most people never share
  • The ah-ha moments that *might* make you rewrite your entire email nurture sequence
Once a month, we’ll drop an Empire Exclusive episode where Allison interview's another entrepreneur and goes deep into how they’re using email to grow and monetize their business, and break down what’s consistently bringing in sales.

If you’re a founder, creator, coach, expert, or CEO who knows email should be doing more heavy lifting in your business, welcome home! Let’s build your Email Empire.2026

  • EP 496 | How to Use Testimonials in Your Emails featuring Jenna Harding
    2026/10/26
Your testimonials are working against you.

In this Empire Exclusive episode of the Email Empire Podcast, Allison sits down with Jenna Harding, Instagram marketing coach and host of the Shiny New Clients Podcast, to talk about why those pretty “Client Love” graphics get scrolled right past and what to do instead.

Jenna shares how she gets clients to give specific, useful feedback (without the awkward ask) and how she works social proof into emails, social posts, and sales pages so people actually read it.

BIG TAKEAWAY: Stop asking, “How do I get more testimonials?” Instead, start asking, “How do I make people actually read them?”

  • EP 495 | Education Is No Longer the Product (+ Why 2027 Is All About Implementation)
    2026/10/19
Education used to be the product. In 2027, it won’t be.

In this episode of the Email Empire Podcast, Allison breaks down why she believes 2027 will be the year of implementation, not education, and what that means for anyone selling courses, memberships, digital products, or group programs.

She shares how OpenAI’s decision to remove Custom GPTs on December 11th pushed her to make a big change inside her membership, Emails That Sell, and gets real about the tough-love question every course creator needs to ask right now:

If AI can teach it for free, what are people actually paying you for?

BIG TAKEAWAY: Stop asking, “How do I teach people more?” Start asking, “How do I help people get it done?”

  • EP 494 | One Tiny Email Setting Increased Open Rates by Nearly 20 Percentage Points
    2026/10/12
A tiny email marketing setting created a surprisingly big shift in one of our client’s Nurture Sequences.

In this episode of the Email Empire Podcast, I’m breaking down the sender name experiment that increased the open rate on the second email of a Nurture Sequence by nearly 20 percentage points. We tested using the name of the lead magnet or Masterclass instead of the creator’s name, and the results pointed to something bigger than just email open rates: your newest email subscribers may recognize the thing they signed up for long before they recognize you.

I’ll walk you through the actual email marketing data, why the second email was struggling with opens, unsubscribes, and spam complaints, and how changing the sender name helped create a stronger connection between the resource someone requested and the person who created it.

This experiment originally came from the Email Marketing Trend Report, where every month I break down something we’re testing, noticing, or changing inside my email marketing or a client’s email marketing, along with the numbers and what you can test in your own business. The Report is just $7/month and is designed to give you practical email marketing strategy based on what we’re actually seeing behind the scenes.

BIG TAKEAWAY: Your newest subscribers may not know your name yet. Giving them something recognizable in the inbox can help bridge the gap between “I remember downloading this” and “I know who this person is.”
