AI agents actually created their own language, coordinated THOUSANDS” of employees," and covered their tracks during a test?

In this episode of Earth to Aimee, host Aimee Mayo sits down with her husband, songwriter and tech enthusiast Chris Lindsey, to break down the terrifying and fascinating recent developments in artificial intelligence. From the alarming "Hugging Face" rogue agent incident and OpenAI's unreleased models to AI solving millennium-old math problems in hours, Aimee and Chris explore both the apocalyptic risks and the unbelievable breakthroughs heading our way.

What REALLY happens when you rent your house on Airbnb? 😳 Aimee Mayo is telling the Airbnb horror stories most hosts would NEVER admit publicly.

From 19 underage kids throwing an after-prom party to nightmare guests demanding refunds, a 3 A.M. Ring doorbell notification nobody in the family could forget, hidden-camera paranoia, thousands of dollars of stuff left behind, destroyed furniture, a mysterious living room covered in white powder — and even a PEACOCK that allegedly tore up the neighbor’s Tesla — this episode gets completely unhinged.

On this episode of Earth to Aimee Mayo, hit songwriter and bestselling author Aimee Mayo sits down with Airbnb host and property manager Micah Harbison, with Aimee’s husband Chris joining the chaos, to trade their wildest Airbnb horror stories, nightmare guest experiences and vacation rental stories.

Aimee opens up about renting her own Nashville home for three summers — including the guest who finally pushed her over the edge and made her say:

“You’re a dick. Your sister’s a nightmare. Get out.”

They get into the side of Airbnb hosting travelers almost never see: impossible guests, refund demands, insane cleaning situations, short-term rental fees, Airbnb vs. hotels, Ring doorbell surprises, bachelor parties, things guests leave behind, vacation-rental property management, damaged furniture, creepy rentals, hidden-camera fears and whether becoming an Airbnb host is actually worth it.

Micah has handled thousands of Airbnb bookings, but even he has stories that sound completely unbelievable.

And somehow... after everything in this episode... Aimee put her house back on Airbnb. 😂

If you love Airbnb horror stories, crazy guest stories, nightmare renters, funny podcasts, Southern storytelling, Theo Von-style conversations, Nashville stories, vacation rental stories, Airbnb host tips, real estate stories and completely unfiltered conversations, you’re in the right place.
