    The Eagle Mountain Planning Commission meets to review land use and development matters. The primary agenda item is a public hearing and action on an ordinance to rezone certain lands known as Pinnacles and approve a master development plan and master development agreement amendment. The proposal requests rezoning of one 2.48-acre parcel from Commercial Neighborhood to Agriculture and amends the future land use designation from Neighborhood Residential 1 to Agriculture. This parcel was inadvertently omitted from a simultaneous rezone that affected adjacent properties.
