The Eagle Mountain City Council holds the required Truth-in-Taxation public hearing to receive public comment on a proposed property tax increase above the certified tax rate for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. As required by Utah law, the Budget Officer presents the proposed tax rate, percentage increase, Property Tax Impact Schedule, and County Combined Advertisement. Following the public hearing, the council considers a resolution to approve the property tax increase, which would authorize inclusion of the associated property tax revenue in the City's final budget.
