Jean Charles Moyen claims to have visited multiple ancient space arks two of which hold relevance for him in a past life he describes in detail in his new feature length movie, Starseed Revelations 3, which is officially released today. His first experience inside a space ark occurred in 1976, at age 7, when he met a Japanese woman/guardian called Utsu after physically teleporting inside Mt Fuji where he saw an ancient space ark she was guarding. He recalls Utsu greeting him as “Hoshi”, which was the name of a past life he had in the Japanese city of Sendai around the year 1075.

Jean Charles also says he met another Japanese woman, Kono the goddess of Mt Fuji before being teleported inside the volcano Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii where he was taken inside another space ark with Kono. He says that the two space arks in Japan and Hawaii are linked via portals and are places of great significance in his past lives in Japan and as an extraterrestrial, Luka, who was connected to them through his consciousness and frequency. In his documentary, Jean Charles presents historical and contemporary evidence supporting his teleportation and past life experiences.

Jean Charles also discusses an aborted teleportation experience involving 3I/Atlas where he encountered Draco Reptilian energies, which corroborated the recent remote viewing of Sebastian Martin who describes up to 5 million Draco Reptilians sleeping in stasis chambers on 3I/Atlas. Dr. Michael Salla added John Vivanco to the list of remote viewers who claim to have seen Reptilians inside of 3I/Atlas. Freemasons at the highest leadership levels are deeply involved in running UFO related programs in the US military and corporate contractors, according to Daniel Morris Salter who worked for over a decade with the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO). At levels above 33rd degree, Freemasons are compromised by Satanism which Salter claimed in a 2001 Disclosure Project video interview is “the greatest threat that the American people face at this time."

Salter worked for over 20 years with the US Air Force before joining the NRO in 1968 due to his expertise in electronic communications and tracking UFO activity. He was part of a team of covert operatives whose task was to persuade witnesses not to talk about their UFO-related experiences. After completing his NRO career, Salter decided to go public in 1997 with what he had learned.

Disloyal US flag officers were removed from power or arrested at the September 30 meeting at Quantico according to Gene Decode, a retired US Navy NCO with over 20 years of service on five classes of submarine. Decode says that major US cities such as Washington DC., Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Portland are having Deep State underground facilities and resources destroyed by an Earth Alliance involving US military white hats and their peers from around the world.

3I/Atlas possesses the consciousness of ancient extraterrestrials that has arrived to uplift our solar system and humanity by disseminating unique frequencies containing transformative DNA codes, according to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT) practitioner, Sarah Breskman Cosme.
