ATTENTION NUTHEADz!

September is "Suicide Awareness Month". Sleepy and I would like to encourage ALL our Veteran brothers to pick up a phone & check on your buddies from the service. Really give it a go and call a couple pals you served with just to say hello, how are you? How is your family? how are YOU doing my brother? -Especially if you haven't spoken to a few of them in several years, reach out!

We discuss some of our own demons in this episode also. We would like to remind everybody that we are an avenue to find the help you need. You can reach out to use and we will do our best to get you in contact with a professional to talk to. Veterans helping Veterans!

We are all in this together NUTHEADz. We love you all, even if it is just for a night! LOL.

Tune in next week when we have RETIRED Army Master-Sergeant Tim calls in to the program. Don't miss it! - - Check on your people!

Respectfully,

Izzy & Sleepy
