Today I sit down alone and put myself in the hotseat. I go through my story, starting the podcast, why I started a podcast, do I make money from podcasting? what have I learned from doing a podcast?
I also announce my largest challenge to date, my 100km Great Ocean Road, Australia run in October for @thecalmzonenet , and explain why I chose to run for this charity, including my own personal experience in dealing with porr mental health.
