Mike had the opportunity to chat with players Josh Cook and Steve Casey , both representing Canada and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police at the World Police & Fire Games in Winnipeg this upcoming July.
So many topics discussed in this episode including the creation of a National Team, preparation, mental training to take on the task of going for gold and the potential for rivalries with other Nations teams.
Josh and Steve were absolute professionals and provide some deep inside into the world of the run up to the games and the Hockey Tournament.
