"The branch that holds the most fruit bows the lowest. People who have nothing to hide speak in a very simple language and act very humble."
— Adriana Yuno

Adriana Yuno left home at 10, raised herself in her grandmother's house, worked since she was 13 to support her family, and built a career in forensic accounting — all while carrying a label she never accepted. What she learned studying fraud and failing systems turned out to be exactly the training she needed for the mission that found her later: fixing the way children learn.

When her son entered school, the reports said exceptional. The classroom said otherwise. Adriana watched a bright, high-functioning child get steadily broken by a system not built for how he thought. So she did what she had always done — she studied, tested, translated, and built. The result was the UNUM Teaching Method, developed at her kitchen table and now embedded across Slovenia's schools, hospital programs, and university faculty training.

What makes this conversation worth sitting with is Adriana's scope. She's not describing a niche accommodation for neurodivergent kids. She's describing a global pattern: teachers reduced to administrators, classrooms too crowded for connection, curricula still grading memorization in a world where every fact lives in your pocket — and an irreplaceable generation of analog educators walking toward retirement with no one recording what they know. The problem is urgent. Her method is tested. And she is just getting started.

Adriana closes with three practical steps any listener can take today — and they apply as much to how you lead and learn as to how you raise or teach a child.
