This week I’m getting into something that hit me mid-workout (literally). I’ve been training to failure at the gym lately which means I am pushing weight until my muscles physically can’t do another rep. It made me realize we need to be doing the exact same thing in our businesses.

We are so afraid to fail or feel uncomfortable that we don’t even give ourselves the chance to try. But here’s the thing: your strength in the gym AND in your business is always on the other side of failure. It’s not a maybe. It’s a guarantee.

In this episode I’m breaking down:

•Why training to failure builds muscle (and why your business works the exact same way)

•Why we’re so scared to push ourselves past our limits

•How to reframe failure as the goal instead of the thing you’re avoiding

•Why just having the opportunity to fail is a blessing most people never even give themselves

This one’s short and sweet, but it might just change how you look at your next “failure.” Fail on purpose this week and let me know how it goes. 💕
