On this episode of "Into the Unknown" Jeremy Swick sits down with Andre “Sleepy” Williams Jr. to explore his unexpected journey from chasing a professional football career to discovering a new opportunity in rugby. After injuries disrupted his path toward the NFL, Andre received an email about playing rugby—an opportunity he initially dismissed before deciding to put his pride aside, take a chance, and drive to Florida to pursue a sport he knew almost nothing about.

Andre shares how that decision launched a rugby career that has taken him from the United States to South Africa and Australia and into the world of Rugby Sevens. Jeremy and Andre discuss adapting when your original plan changes, recognizing unexpected opportunities, believing in yourself, and having the courage to pursue a new dream—even when you don’t know where it will lead.
