Anyone can build a web agent these days, the hard part is knowing whether it actually did what you wanted. In this Episode 4 of The Brick Lounge, Zach Richardson, Head of AI at TinyFish unpacks what it really takes to ship a web agent that's fast, cheap, and reliable at scale.

Zach walks through TinyFish's agent, Mako — from a 15-year path through actuarial science, the Navy, and the whole evolution of AI to the architecture decisions that let a specialized model outperform frontier models on the web. We get into what it means to build a web-native model that thinks in elements and positions instead of text.
