Hey my loves, welcome back to another episode!

So today's topic is all about the standards and rules we often hold ourselves and others to in the Spiritual Community, how to shift perspectives and why this is such a relevant topic right now with the very big beautiful shift of Neptune in Aries.

Neptune has been in Pisces for the last 15 years in its ruling sign, and we have seen a huge influx of spiritual awakenings within this time. We have seen Spirituality become more mainstream, accepted and practiced globally and it has been an incredible shift for everyone on this planet. However, as duality would have it, we have also seen a lot of spiritual bypassing, escapism and unhealed wounds being left behind and ignored for the sake of 'high vibes'.

This is where Neptune in Aries comes to shift things up over the next 15 or so years, Aries being the primal, fiery, transformative, action taking energy that it naturally is, we're going to see the ways that we tap into our own spirituality shift and change. Potentially towards being more grounded and applicable to the human realm we are apart of.

We talk about this Astrological shift and segway into todays main topic which is 're-framing 'how to show up' in your Spiritual Journey'. In today's episode some of the main points we talk about are:
