We’ve been friends since we were kids, but if we met for the first time today… would we actually choose to be friends?

This week, we somehow go from remembering Friday nights at Blockbuster and running around Discovery Zone to realizing how many things we used to care about that just don’t matter anymore. Name-brand clothes? Expensive jeans? Yeah, our priorities have definitely changed.

Then we ask the question we probably shouldn’t have asked: Would we even be friends if we met today? The answer starts out pretty confidently… and then gets a little questionable.

We also revisit the absolute joy of apartment living: nightmare upstairs neighbors, banging broomsticks on ceilings, flooded apartments, busted toilet lines, and a few memories that probably should have stayed forgotten.

It’s nostalgia, questionable opinions, old stories, and the usual completely unnecessary detours.
