Rae had a book that was 95% done. God had called her to write it years ago. And she was sitting on it, filling her days with everything else, wondering why she felt burnt out and stuck. This episode is a mirror. It's about the hours you can't account for, the mission you keep saying you'll get to, and the way busyness protects you from the one thing that would actually move everything forward. Rae walks you through the exact time and energy audit she uses with every client, the reframes that shift how you see your calendar, and the questions that reveal whether you're stewarding your life or just surviving it. If you've been waiting for permission to get honest about where your time is actually going, this is it. Key Timestamps [00:03:15] The 10 questions to ask yourself about how you're spending your time [00:08:42] Why Rae needed this audit: the 95% ready book she was sitting on [00:15:30] How the time and energy audit works [00:19:45] Why you need 20% margin in your schedule [00:24:00] How to track your time for 7 to 14 days [00:30:20] The five-point genius zone system [00:32:40] Identify your one thing and reverse engineer from there Memorable Quotes "Being burnt out is when you're actually working too hard on the wrong things. When you are in alignment with God, and you are working on something that he is also in full alignment with, we don't get burned out when we're doing those things." – Rae Irelan [00:13:45] “God doesn't measure your faithfulness just by how full your calendar is. He measures it by the obedience to what He has called you to do and not anything else." – Rae Irelan [00:23:45] Connect With the Host Website: https://raeirelan.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/raeirelan/ Join the Evolved Influence Academy Community today! https://www.skool.com/evolved-influence-academy/about?ref=28c7243ce169469eb9979bbc4226a76a Produced by Evolved Podcasting: www.evolvedpodcasting.com Learn more about your ad choices.
