In this episode, I’m talking about embodying the identity of the person you’re becoming and getting really honest about where you’re placing your energy.
I share what’s been coming up for me around building my business, the sneaky ways I’ve been leaking energy into social media and the difference between constantly checking, consuming and doing versus actually putting my energy into the things I want to create.
We’re talking about identity, the subconscious beliefs that can shape how we show up and what it looks like to start becoming that version of you now.
Who do you believe yourself to be?
Who are you becoming?
What would that version of you do today?
And if you knew you were completely supported, what would you do differently?
This is an invitation to get curious, look at the things that might be ready to be seen and make the whole process a little more delicious.
With compassion, with love and obviously with a cookie if you need one.
