On the cocktail side of things, today Matthew is drinking a Bruja's Brew while Ben is drinking a Cuba Libre. Recipes below.
Bruja's Brew- 2 oz reposado tequila
- ¾ oz honey-ginger syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- ¼ oz agave syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with candied ginger or a lime wheel.
Cuba Libre
- 2 oz White Rum
- 3-4 oz Coca-Cola
- 1 lime wedge
- Fill a highball glass with ice, add rum and top with the Coca-Cola. Squeeze the lime wedge over the glass and drop into the glass.
