1. Why your starting position matters most
2. Moving too late & how to time it correctly
3. Moving sideways, something players at all levels do
4. Making contact too far back and why closer is better
5. Volleying back to the returner or baseline player
6. No poaching enough! How often should you poach?

You need to know the exceptions as well, when to cover the line and how to adjust to lobs.
