  • Can't sleep? Do you wake up during the night?

    Do you wake up in the night to turn off the TV and then you can't get back to sleep? Some of you use the 'sleep' function, others don't. You may need to get up in the night and again, you just can't get back to sleep.


    Check out this bonus podcast and listen to it just before you go to bed. The more you listen to it, the more your subconscious mind will take the information on board.
