Sometimes life moves on… even when the system hasn’t forgotten. In the first episode of Calls From County, I sit down for a real phone conversation with my longtime friend and co-host Joey, currently calling from county jail.We talk about life on the inside, how an old probation violation eventually caught back up with him years later, the circumstances that landed him back in court, and—as usually happens when Joey and I get on the phone—a whole lot of random shit in between. This isn’t an interview. It isn’t scripted. It’s simply a real conversation between two friends who happen to be separated by a county jail phone.Real people. Real conversations. Wilder problems.Welcome to Calls From County. If you enjoyed the episode, like, comment, subscribe, and stick around. There’s more coming.I’m Max Power. The American auto insurance scam, and how it's just a way for the gov. to take more money from us. Being judged for our history, because people never ask "What happened?". Asking the question: "Why people with money and power, want more money and power?" People who won't donald trump is the worst president we've ever, had because they voted for him. Reminding people their vote doesn't count, because every president is all related to an English King. Explaining how America is the descendants of the spoiled brats of England, and reminding people other nations are much older than 250 years. "The American Dream" and how it's been reduced to "The Three American Options". A significant conversation about mental health awareness and much, much, more.
