    Don’t Put That in the Podcast, Ariana opens up about making the incredibly difficult decision to let her daughter move out of state to live with her dad—and what it’s been like navigating motherhood from a distance.

    We talk about missing milestones, learning when to hold on and when to let go, grief, mental health, and being there for your kids even when you can’t physically be beside them.

    In Episode 1, we’re introducing ourselves, talking about why a mother and daughter decided starting a podcast together was somehow a good idea, what we hope this turns into, and giving you little teasers throughout about some of the topics and stories coming in future episodes.

    Did we stay on topic? Absolutely not. There are tangents, random stories, interruptions, lots of laughing, and just enough chaos to give you a pretty good idea of what you’re getting yourself into.
