  • Don't Let the Flesh Win
    2025/10/09

In this episode, the host, Chetta Like Money, opens up about the war between flesh and spirit — those moments when exhaustion, frustration, and self-doubt try to take over. Drawing from Scripture, personal reflection, and divine insight, she walks through what it means to wrestle with God like Jacob, to limp with grace, and to find holiness in the chaos of everyday life.

This is a call to stop numbing out and start noticing where God is still moving, even in the middle of the mess.

    Key Scriptures:

    • Genesis 32:22–32 — Jacob wrestles with God.
    • Romans 7:15–25 — Paul’s tension between flesh and spirit.
    • Psalm 13 — “How long, O Lord?”
    • Matthew 11:28 — “Come to me, all you who are weary…”

    Takeaways:

    • Your anger and exhaustion are not sins — they’re signals.
    • Wrestling with God is still being with God.
    • Grace can meet you even when discipline slips.
    • Rest is not a reward; it’s a requirement.

    Listen if you’re:

    • Running on fumes and calling it faith.
    • Feeling like you’ve lost your rhythm with God.
    • Trying to reconcile being spiritual and human at the same time.

Tagline for promotion: “Don’t hit snooze on your spirit — wake up before the world does.”

  • Don't Veer Off — Redirection is Necessary
    2025/10/01

In today's episode, the host, Chetta Like Money, discusses some of the ways God is redirecting her life. In the wave of social media, we have leaned so much on "reinventing" and "rebranding," but what about simple pivots that simply just redirect us on the same journey and / or to the same destination? You wouldn't crash into a barricade that says, "Road Closed Ahead," so why keep going down a road that keeps presenting obstacles or is no longer safe?

Allow God to redirect you. You're still gonna get there.

A man's heart deviseth his way: But the LORD directeth his steps.- Provebs 16:9

  • Don’t Build Without the Whisper
    2025/07/11

We are not here to build for God without being with God.

This episode is for the one who’s been moving, creating, executing… but hasn’t been still. The one who’s been trying to steward the vision, but forgot that intimacy comes before impact. You may not be lost — just loud. Not faithless — just overstimulated.

And in the middle of all the chaos, headlines, and hustle, this is your gentle — yet firm — reminder: Don’t build without the whisper. Don’t market what you haven’t prayed through. Don’t confuse momentum with anointing. Don’t hit play before you get still.

📖 Scriptures Referenced / Reflected On:

    • 1 Kings 19:11–13 (The Whisper)“After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper…”
    • Luke 10:38–42 (Martha vs. Mary)“Martha, Martha, you are worried and upset about many things, but few things are needed… Mary has chosen what is better.”
    • John 15:5 (Abiding in the Vine)“Apart from Me, you can do nothing.”
    • Isaiah 26:3 (Perfect Peace)“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”
    • Romans 12:2 (Transformed, not just informed)“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”
    • Proverbs 3:5–6 (Direction from God)“Trust in the Lord with all your heart… in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”

    Resources / Support Mentioned:

    • Consecration over Consumption: If you’re feeling spiritually dizzy, consider what God may be inviting you to give up temporarily to make room for His voice. Fasting isn’t always about food. Sometimes it’s attention. Sometimes it’s distraction.
    • Reflection Prompt:
      • What have I been building that I haven’t surrendered?
      • What noise is keeping me from hearing the whisper?
      • Am I letting culture disciple me more than Christ?
    • Your “Yes” is enough: Whether you're behind schedule, burned out, or battling perfectionism—God’s not waiting on a polished performance. He’s waiting on your weary, real, surrendered yes.

    🎧 Listen If You’ve Been…

    • Struggling to focus in a world of alerts, texts, and timelines
    • Trying to carry something God told you to steward
    • Caught between your brand and your Bible
    • Feeling the spiritual shift but don’t know what to do with it
    • Needing a soft place to land that still tells you the truth

  • Don’t Wait to Demo — Start Small, Start Today
    2025/07/07

In this week’s episode of Don’t Hit Snooze, Cachetta Chére reminds us that obedience doesn’t always require an hour, a full strategy, or even a clear path — just five minutes of intention.

She opens up about personal resistance, delays, and the weight of stewarding a mantle while still figuring things out in real time. Through a raw and timely word, Cachetta reintroduces a message she's carried for over a year: the 5-Minute Demo — a short, sacred act of obedience that demonstrates your devotion, even when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unqualified.

Whether you’re a mom, a multi-hyphenate, or just someone trying to stay afloat in this season, this episode is your reminder that small still counts. You’re not behind. You’re just being asked to move faithfully, even if it’s just for five minutes.

🧾 In this episode, you’ll hear:

    • The difference between a demo and a devo
    • How to stop spiraling and start stewarding
    • Why your drafts, dreams, and delays aren’t disqualifiers
    • A faith check and affirmation to help you start small
    • Practical 5-minute “demos” to bring momentum back into your day

    📖 Scriptures Referenced:

    • Luke 16:10 (NIV)

“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much…”

    • Psalm 63:1 (NLT)

“O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.”

    • Zechariah 4:10 (NLT)

“Do not despise these small beginnings, for the Lord rejoices to see the work begin…”

    • Colossians 3:23 (ESV)

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men…”

    Key Quote from Cachetta Chére:

“A 5-minute demo says: God, I don’t need a crowd. I just need to prove I’m still in it with You.

    🙌🏽 Your 5-Minute Demo Challenge:

This week, do one small act of faithfulness — not for applause, not for perfection, just to show God: “I’m here. I’m willing. I’m still showing up.”

    Need a few ideas?

    • Open your Bible and read one verse aloud
    • Record a voice memo that’s been sitting on your heart
    • Clear off one small space (your kitchen island counts!)
    • Write one line in your journal or notes app
    • Pray out loud for 5 minutes — even if God’s felt quiet lately

  • Don’t Wait for Permission — MOVE
    2025/07/04

Recorded a few days before I moved — I was in the car, on the go, and felt led to just talk.

The audio isn’t the best (bless it), but the message? Clear. Do what God told you to do. Not what makes sense to people. Not what looks polished.

It’s your life. Your story. Consult with God and keep it moving. Except when I say DON’T HIT SNOOZE — because somebody is waiting on you to do the thing… scared and all. So move.

  • Don’t Let Distraction Steal Your Discipline: This Isn’t the Episode I Planned, But It’s the One I Needed
    2025/07/01

This episode wasn’t on the schedule — but it was on time.

I’m talking about what happens when you let misaligned moments, good intentions, and endless scrolling steal your clarity, your time, and your obedience. This is for the one who’s behind, tired of pretending, and ready to stop hitting snooze on the call to show up different.

Real time. Real raw. Real reset.

→ Plus: 3 practical ways to reset with grace, not guilt.

📝 Show Notes (Long Form – for your website/email):

Topics: Obedience, distraction, spiritual discipline, and the messy middle

    Scriptures Rooted In:

    • Galatians 5:22–23“The fruit of the Spirit is… self-control.”
    • Ephesians 5:15–17“Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity.”
    • Ecclesiastes 3:1“There is a time for everything…”
    • Proverbs 4:25–27“Let your eyes look straight ahead…”
    • Hebrews 12:11“No discipline seems pleasant at the time… but it produces a harvest…”

    In This Episode:

    • The moment I realized I traded momentum for misalignment
    • How distractions dress up like “rest” but rob us of peace
    • What scrolling, aimless dating, and spiritual tiredness really cost
    • Why purpose doesn't wait for us to feel ready — and what to do when you're not
    • The hard truth: you’re not “too busy,” you’re just giving time away

💡 3 Ways to Reset When You’ve Fumbled:

    1. The Redirect Rule

If you can’t go back and fix it, go forward and frame it. Pivot with purpose. Be honest, not perfect.

    2. Grace-Driven Replanning

Rebuild your to-do list with what’s mission critical, not what’s performative.

    3. Micro-Obedience

You don’t need a whole comeback arc. Just do one aligned thing today — and keep going.

  • Don’t Wait to Be Camera Ready
    2025/06/27

This one’s not about content strategy or production tips. It’s about you. It’s about the moments you keep shrinking, second-guessing, and stalling not because you’re not anointed—but because you’re not "aesthetic." Not "camera ready."

In this heart-to-heart, Cachetta Chéré shares a personal reflection on how performance pressure and perfectionism almost kept this very episode from being recorded. From the tears Tyra Banks brought when she opened an ice cream shop for her mom, to the legacy we’re all being called to build despite our mess, this episode reminds you: Obedience > appearance.

You don’t need a fresh face to show up. You don’t need a clean room to be impactful. You don’t need a viral moment to be obedient.

Whether you’re building a business, healing your inner child, or simply trying not to quit—this episode is for you.

    Mentioned in this episode:

    • Tyra Banks & her ice cream shop in Australia
    • Mother wounds, financial trauma, and still choosing to build
    • How to create legacy while you’re still healing
    • The lie that image = impact
    • Why your presence is still powerful, even when it doesn’t feel polished

    Scriptures to sit with:

    • Zechariah 4:10 ("Do not despise these small beginnings...")
    • 2 Corinthians 12:9 ("My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.")
    • 1 Samuel 16:7 ("People look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.")
    • Ecclesiastes 11:4 ("If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.")

If this episode blessed you, share it with someone who needs a reminder that they don’t have to look the part to play the part.
