Karen Chambers knows firsthand. After experiencing a devastating miscarriage 42 years ago, with no support system to turn to, she founded Bearing Others’ Burdens, a nonprofit that delivers care and comfort bags to individuals facing cancer, miscarriage, infant loss, and bereavement.
