Nick sets up in the bonus room this week because upstairs was booked for Jen's training session. The room has dark blue walls, a TV from a previous administration, and a mini split that has quietly accepted a demotion to fan. Clyde and Bonnie take the opening, which is more effort than most guests put in. Clyde is limping from a game of fetch his body never approved, and Bonnie eventually makes it on camera, on her own terms. From there it's a tour of furniture that refuses to die: a couch that has survived three moves and sixteen years of kid torture, inherited pieces too big to use and too expensive to replace, and Nick's lifelong standoff between high-design taste and a normal-person budget. The boys agree that fall is the best season and humidity is a crime against people. Then they spend a long, sweaty stretch on golf, covering Florida grips, Minnesota greens fees, and the guy who plays Monday, Wednesday, and Friday like it's a salaried position. The YMCA catches some heat for showing Jen's dance studio the door. Jon leads a church singalong, and Nick admits he's still losing his fight with the guitar pick. The episode closes with a deeply skeptical first look at the new Grand Tour. Big shoes. Jury's out.
