Walt Disney Animation Studios released the final trailer and a new poster for its original animated film Hexed on Oct. 12, 2026, adding Henry Winkler as Nigel, a skittish, all-knowing potoo bird, and Dan Stevens as Hieronymous, Queen Celeste's Grand Councillor of the Throne, plus more than 20 cameo voices. They join Hailee Steinfeld and Rashida Jones as a daughter and mother pulled into the witch realm of Hexe, with Jodie Foster, Walton Goggins, Tracey Ullman and Stephen Fry. Directed by Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand, Hexed opens in U.S. theaters Nov. 25. We look at how Disney is selling an original story six weeks before Thanksgiving.
