According to Dan, these experiences can interfere with a survivor’s ability to recognize genuine encounters with Christ and may need to be intentionally renounced. He describes approaches that involve identifying the memory anchoring the programming and symbolically “divorcing” the perpetrator. He adds that similar programming can allegedly target perceptions of the Father and Holy Spirit and may contribute to distorted theological beliefs.

He recommends specific prayer resources and encourages people to ask God whether they were exposed to such scenarios, particularly when unexplained spiritual or emotional patterns persist.

Moving Beyond the Overton Window in Mainstream Christianity

Dan explores the concept of the "Overton window” , the range of ideas considered socially acceptable and argues that it applies not only to politics but also to mainstream Christianity. He suggests that influential voices and platforms can shape theological groupthink, often causing those who explore unconventional or emerging perspectives to face criticism, marginalization, or misunderstanding.

According to Dan, God frequently works outside these accepted boundaries, calling spiritual pioneers into unfamiliar territory. He contends that such individuals may encounter opposition, slander, or attempts to silence them, which he associates with a religious spirit, including intimidation he identifies with Leviathan.

Rather than encouraging suspicion or "witch hunting," Duval emphasizes the importance of discernment rooted in Christ-centered fruit and biblical principles. He points to examples such as the growing acceptance of the fivefold ministry and the broader willingness to discuss topics like the Nephilim compared to attitudes in 2010. He also shares a personal testimony of someone experiencing freedom from addiction in connection with his ministry property.

Ultimately, Duval encourages believers to follow where they perceive the Holy Spirit is leading, even when it challenges conventional thinking. He concludes that, as the end of the age approaches, God is accelerating unprecedented works through His people, calling Christians to remain spiritually discerning, courageous, and open to His direction.

Dan Duval continues his discussion on "regions of captivity," explaining that severe trauma can fragment a person's soul into dissociated parts that become spiritually imprisoned through occult practices. He describes these soul fragments as being held in symbolic or spiritual prisons such as "glass jars" under the control of sorcerers, but also other things such as jewelry and heirlooms.

To support this teaching, he references several biblical passages, including Psalm 7, Job 19, Psalm 23, Revelation 18:13, Ezekiel 13, and Joshua 7. He interprets these scriptures as describing soul tearing and restoration, Babylon's trade in souls, witches "hunting souls" and sending them along spiritual trade routes, and the dangers associated with cursed objects.

Duval also shares a deliverance case involving a family heirloom ring. According to his account, parts of a person's soul had been ritually sealed into the ring through the use of blood rituals, incantations, demonic entities, and sacred geometry. He states that prayer in Jesus' name brought freedom and restoration.

He concludes by warning that certain objects including jewelry, artifacts, and weapons can be ritually charged or cursed through occult practices. He uses Achan's story in Joshua 7 as a biblical example and directs listeners to deliverance resources available through his ministry for those seeking further help.
