California is up to what California does best, pass regulations that affect the rest of the country. This one has the potential to affect one of the things we rely on in the backcountry the most: our tires.

In this episode, we head to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. We’re stuck at home on this holiday weekend of torrential rainfall - badly-needed, admittedly - but we’re still talking about all the cool stuff we discovered exploring the Outer Banks islands from Kitty Hawk all the way down to Frisco and Hatteras.
