  • Clearing Out the Mental Clutter
    2026/03/11

This week we're talking about something most of us carry around without even realizing it-the clutter in our minds.

Not a "new year, new me" conversation.....but to clear out what doesn't belong anymore.

    Old lies.

    Repetitive thought.

Past labels that we've already outgrown but somehow still believe.

We talk about where these core lies come from, trauma, failures, rejection, grief, divorce and how they quietly shape the way we see ourselves and our lives.

At some point you have to ask yourself: am I a prisoner to my own mind?

    In this episode we unpack:

    • How to recognize the lies we've normalized
    • Why decluttering your mind is necessary for growth
    • How to work through the lies once you identify them
    • The power of letting trusted people speak truth into your life

Because freedom starts when the lies lose their place in your head.

Also....Somehow Forrest Gump makes another appearance.

Pull up a chair and join the conversation…..you always have a seat at our table!

  • Becoming the Person You Are Meant to Be!
    2026/03/04

What if you were never "too much"...just in spaces that were too small?

In this episode, we dive deep into identity the labels we picked up, the roles we performed, and the versions of ourselves we created to survive. We talk about what it means to stop mowing over behaviors and finally pull up the roots. Because becoming isn't about reinventing yourself. It's about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

We unpack what it looks like to outgrow old identities, release survival roles like the fixer or the peacekeeper, and face the uncomfortable but peaceful feeling of growth.

You're not becoming someone new. You're becoming someone true.

And, you always have a seat at our table.

  • We Heard You!
    2026/02/25

This episode was shaped by feedback from you and most of it came from men.

You asked us to go deeper on boundaries and the pressure women sometimes place on you. So we did.

We unpack healthy vs. unhealthy boundaries and why healthy boundaries protect your peace instead of controlling others. They regulate, not retaliate. And they don't damage healthy relationships they expose unhealthy ones.

We also talk honestly about the expectations men often carry, the pressure to provide, to perform, to lead and the weight of "potential."

This conversation isn't about blame. It's about awareness, growth, and doing relationships better.

    Men- we heard you.

And ladies....this one might stretch us a little.

And remember....You always have a seat at our table.

    Love Ash & Chess
