  • Quick Note: Life Is Hard, Choose Softness Anyway.
    2026/01/26

This is a little different than my typical diary entries, but this is where my mind is at the moment.

I'm single handedly trying to kill the "soft girl era" thing. Let's not be soft for an era, let's just choose to be soft. You deserve to live a life as your most feminine self no matter what your circumstances are. Your don't need all of the pretty things you see online (although we both know they would be nice to have).

It's time to create softness in your life in spite of how hard life may feel. Step into the woman you want to be and stop waiting for permission. What are some small changes you can make to your daily routine to make you feel the way you've always wanted to feel?

Let's explore this together, because ultimately, we have the ability to create the type of life we want to live. Not having the ability to buy lavish things and go to exotic places doesn't mean that you don't have to have anything.

  • Entry #17 (TRIGGER WARNING): When Your Past Shows Up To Dinner
    2025/12/08

In this episode, I share a realization that hit me out of nowhere while I was cooking: a connection between my current patterns and an emotionally abusive relationship I went through in my early twenties. It’s a part of my life I never talked about, never processed, and honestly thought I’d moved past… until it resurfaced at the exact moment I started leveling up in every area of my life.

    I’m breaking down:

    • why old wounds come back when we’re stepping into a new version of ourselves
    • the patterns we repeat without realizing it
    • and how to start freeing yourself from habits you didn’t choose

This isn’t about reliving the past, it’s about recognizing the pieces of yourself that deserve clarity and compassion so you can stop shrinking and start moving with intention.

If you’ve ever wondered why a random memory hits you years later, or why certain patterns keep showing up in your life, this episode is for you.

  • Entry #16: Pouring From an Empty Cup: How to Heal, Reset, and Refill
    2025/12/01

You ever hit a point where you’re trying to show up for your goals, your relationships, your responsibilities… but you have nothing left to give? This week, I’m opening up about what it looks like to rebuild when everything in your life is shifting at the same time.

I recently went through a major life change, and I found myself running on empty emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I skipped last week’s episode because I needed a moment to breathe. In today’s conversation, I’m sharing what it’s been like to reconnect with myself after a long relationship, find new ways to pour into my life, and create stability while building my notary business, growing my real estate referral work, and exploring new streams of income.

If you’ve been feeling lost, drained, or unsure how to refill your own cup, this episode is for you.

  • Entry #15: Understanding Your Unhealed Trauma
    2025/11/17

In this episode, we dive into how unhealed trauma shapes your patterns, relationships, and sense of self. Using the lens of my own experience with my father, we explore how childhood wounds can influence adult behavior, often without us realizing it.

We’ll talk through the signs of unhealed trauma, how it shows up in your everyday life, and how to begin the healing process with compassion and self-awareness. This conversation isn’t about blame, it’s about reclaiming your power and breaking cycles you no longer want to carry.

  • Entry #14: Let The Dissatisfaction Fuel You
    2025/11/10

In this episode, we dig into the uncomfortable but powerful feeling of dissatisfaction; why it shows up, what it’s trying to tell you, and how it can become the catalyst for your next level. Instead of treating dissatisfaction like something to hide or feel guilty about, you’ll learn how to use it as fuel: clarifying what you truly want, breaking out of stagnant routines, and taking intentional action toward the life you’re actually meant to build. This conversation is all about shifting from frustration to forward movement and embracing the internal nudge that says, “I’m ready for more.”

  • Entry #13: Perfection is a Myth
    2025/11/03

In this episode, we’re breaking out of the “I’ll start when…” mindset; the mindset that convinces you to wait for perfect conditions that will never come. If you’ve been delaying your goals because you’re waiting to feel ready, have more time, or magically wake up with motivation… this episode is your wake-up call.

You’ll learn why waiting keeps you stuck, how perfectionism disguises itself as procrastination, and how taking small, imperfect steps today builds the momentum you’ve been missing.
