  • S2E7: Please Don't Destroy and one year SNL cast members
    2026/03/02

Hey there you kickass Destroy All Sketch Comedians podcast listeners! How's it going? We have a special "All Things Consumed" reunion episode for you. That was the podcast me and my co-hosts, James Davis and Bob Rok did together about 10 years ago. It only lasted for about 15 episodes because Terry Gross and her NPR bullies shut us down since our name sounded too much like All Things Considered. But we're back baby! We also talk about the hilarious new sketch kids on the block from SNL, Please Don't Destroy. And we even talk about one year or less SNL performers. This episode is chock full of good stuff! Come on in and let's have a good time and somehow forget the world is currenty on fire.

  • S2E6: Catherine O'Hara Tribute
    2026/02/16

Hey there Everybody! Welcome back to Destroy All Sketch Comedians. The only podcast that actually cares about how YOU are doing? Really, how are you doing people? Its been a rough winter for sure. Hell, its been a rough ten years. And now recently, we lost one of the comedy greats, Catherine O'Hara. She was to all of us Gen X comedy nerds, the Quenn of sketch comedy after all of her brilliant work on the legendary SCTV. To the Millenials she was their lovely Mom after doing her roles in Home Alone and the Beetlejuice movies. She was a part of one of the best comedic duos we've ever had with all of her hilarious work with Eugene Levy. Whether it was all of the Christopher Guest movies they were in together or the hugely successful emmy winning Schitt's Creek. Her acting career was successful as ever even in her last year with Golden Globe winning roles in The Studio and the Last of Us. She will be truly missed and thats why this episode will be just about her life in comedy and why she means so much to me and my fellow co-hosts, Matthew Filipowicz, James Davis and Mark Piszczor. Come join us for all of the memories of this amazing funny lady.

  • S2E5: Kroll Show
    2026/02/02

Hey there you lovely podcast listeners! We're back with another episode of a piping hot cup of sketch comedy recapping java. OR whatever the hell that is? I'm trying to say its cold and dreary outside so curl up and warm up to another wonderful episode of Destroy All Sketch Comedians. The show that Podcast Monthly described as "Not Unlistenable". On today's show we cover the first episode of the first season of Comedy Central's Kroll Show. Nick Kroll's three season sketch comedy show he did a little over ten years ago. He does a great job of doing multiple characters that mostly are making fun of all the horrible people that are a part of Reality TV. I have with me my usual goofy ass co-hosts, James Davis, Mark Piszczor and Matthew Filipowicz. Also guest co-hosting once again the multitalented millenial, Bob Rok! Check it out, peeps!

  • S2E4: French and Saunders
    2026/01/20

Hey Everybody! Welcome back to another wonderful invigorating refreshing episode of Destroy All Sketch Comedians! This week we talk about the legendary British comedy duo French and Saunders. Please watch the first episode of the first season of their show before listening to the podcast. We have with us as usual the kickass co-hosts, Mark Piszczor and James Davis. But also back for a third time, the perfectly silly and insightful Amy Gard! Matthew Filipowicz couldn't make it this episode unfortunately because he's being a good Dad by caring more about his genius sons birthday than our little podcast. How dare he right?! Ha anyway, lets grab a hot toddy and curl up to a nice warm episode in the middle of this very cold winter.

  • S2EP3: Almost Friday TV
    2026/01/06

Happy New Year Destroy All Sketch Comedians groupies! We made it into another year! So we decided to start 2026 by covering our first internet only sketch comedy group, Almost Friday TV. This group seems to be initially for young bro culture but there is a dark absurd streak they have that I hope you appreciate as much as we do. This week we have with us our usual co-hosts, Matthew Filipowicz, and Mark Piszczor. Unfortunately our good buddy James Davis couldn't make it to this episode because he isn't feeling well after fighting off some rabid drunk elves he encountered last week after accidentaily drinking their magic lifeforce juice. Anywho, we do have with us this week special guest co-host the magical Randy Cochran! Listen now!

  • S2EP01: Kids in the Hall- Brain Candy
    2025/12/01

Welcome back to our first episode of Season 2! We decided to revisit our favorite sketch comedy group, Kids in the Hall, who we talked about on our very first episode a year ago. This time we are covering their movie Brain Candy. Its our first movie recap and its a lot of fun even if my co-host Matthew Filipowicz hates every minute of this episode. But hey its in the spirit of the movie because every Kid hated the movie too. Its actually a very funny movie but all of them were going through a lot of personal problems during filming and also Dave Foley was on all of their shitlist for having the audacity to want to be on a primetime NBC show called Newsradio with Phil Hartman. The rest of the Kids were right though in the long run since now Dave has to share residual checks from that jackass Joe Rogan. We're still coming for you! Anyway this show also features on co-host duties my buddy James Davis. But for the first time our west coast co-host Mark Piszczor couldn't make the show because he's stuck in his cyrogenic freezer. So for the first time ever its the original three of O.C.Y.C.! Woohoo! Enjoy the show everybody!

  • 028: The Ernie Kovacs Show
    2025/11/17

Hello! Welcome back to the best podcast in my world, Destroy All Sketch Comedians! Congrats everybody! We did it! Happy 1st Anniversary! This is our 28th show and we've been putting up a new show every other Monday for exactly a year. They said it couldn't be done. Well actually no one said that. Well maybe Matt did but that's him trying reverse psychology on me. Ha! It didn't work, Matt! You see?! We made a whole year of episodes and you said.... Wait. Whatever anyway we are honoring on this big anniversary episode one of the true kings of absurd sketch comedy, Ernie Kovacs. He played with the new medium of television like no one before him. Very influential man to our sketch comedy group when we started way back in the nineties. Basically if you baecame a big fan of his work, you probably were going to get the bug to perform your own sketch comedy. He was the Velvet Underground of sketch.

Oh and one more thing! This is our season finale and we have quite a thrilling moment in the episode when my kickass co-hosts, Matthew Filipowicz, Mark Piszczor, James Davis and I, await with bated breath, if our special guest co-host the wonderful Amy Gard will make it in time to tell of all her wacky adventures that Ernie Kovacs inspired in her whimsical life. As the show begins to wind down we fear the worst but just when you think you can't wait anymore....we wait some more and then what happens will blow all of your collective minds! Becuase well she ....... You'll just have to listen to find out what happens on the Destroy All Sketch Comendians season finale!
