When Depression starts to centre within your way of coping, it's always because of a period of Grief you were never able or still unable to process. A lot of the time, we are taught through conditioning about Depression, and all too often, it centres around the female lineage epigenetic coding. Intergenerationally piercing through multiple areas of our lives without any cause or origin.
I suffered from Depression in my teens, then again in my early twenties, then again when I had each of my children and then again when I lost my family. I hope someone can listen and reach out for help because you are NOT ALONE! And most importantly, Depression is not your fault. You are doing your best with whatever tools you have, and I wish you to gain insight into how divinely loved and connected you truly are.
This one is for regular depressives; I joined that familiar club years ago, and I'm always reminded how easy it is to subscribe when it knocks on my door.
