Welcome back, Demon Babies! This week your hosts are facing the inevitable: we're aging. We're talking Botox, turning 30, staying cool as you get older, sunscreen, and the fear of losing your teeth. How old is too old for the club? And can either of us could still pass for Gen Z? And yes… all in about 20 topics in about 20 minutes.

Getting older isn't necessarily the crisis everyone makes it out to be. We're making healthier choices, becoming nicer people, figuring out what actually matters, and refusing to accept that adulthood means you have to stop going out and having fun. The goal is simple: keep moving, keep showing up, wear your sunscreen, and ideally remain hot while doing it.

Expect aging anxieties, cosmetic intervention, aggressive sunscreen advocacy, and questionable assessments of how young we look.
