    Basic Roasted Pumpkin Seeds:
    • Pumpkin seeds (from one medium pumpkin)
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
    • Salt and pepper (to taste)
    Instructions:
    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (200°C).
    2. Clean Seeds: Rinse the pumpkin seeds thoroughly in a colander to remove all the pumpkin pulp and strings. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
    3. Season Seeds: Place the seeds in a bowl and toss them with olive oil or melted butter until they're evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    4. Spread Seeds: Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
    5. Bake Seeds: Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally to ensure even roasting.

    Ingredients


    2 lbs HOT SAUSAGE

    2 lbs SMOKED SAUSAGE


    2-3 lbs SHRIMPS


    10 - 15 BLUE CRABS


    2lbs STEW MEAT


    10-15 CHICKEN WINGS: vitamin-D, Calcium, Phosphorus, selenium (reduce the risk of bones loss that is called arthritis), source of vitamin-B6 keep your blood cells healthy and help to contain more oxygen in red blood cell


    1 small pack of CHICKEN GIZZARDS: Chicken Gizzard include Zinc, Phosphorus. Phosphorus is essential for the proper functioning and development of the heart and musculature. Rich in Iron in addition to other trace elements. This helps in improving the red blood cell functioning and promotes Haemoglobin percentage in the body.
    5-6 large yellow ONIONS: prevent tooth decay and oral infections, boosts your immune system by fighting against toxins and various foreign bodies that can lead to diseases and illness, act as potential anticoagulants, also known as blood thinners, which prevent the red blood cells from forming clumps.can boost libido and sex drive

    5 sprigs of SHALLOTS: shallots can help the process of toxic disposal in the body. So, if you have constipation, then you may try to overcome it by using raw shallots. In addition to sulfur compounds, raw shallots also contain sulfur that can protect the body from several cancers such as cancer of the stomach, intestines, lung and prostate breast. Shallots help slow down bone loss


    2 heads of GARLIC: The antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of raw garlic may help prevent future neurodegenerative diseases.help improve blood pressure. Supplementation of garlic may help to treat mild to moderate metal poisoning


    2 large GREEN BELL PEPPERS: It helps in the production of white blood cells that fight and prevent the entry of pathogens into the body. Vitamin C gets destroyed in the heat so it is recommended to eat green pepper as a salad.The phytonutrient content of green peppers is very effective in curing rashes, blemishes, acne, and other skin infections. Green pepper has some anti-aging properties that help to keep your skin young and glowing

    Southern Pound Cake 101: How to make the BEST Classic Pound Cake

    Ingredients
