In this episode of Deep Intimacy With God, I’m sharing three things that can get in the way of trusting God and what I personally had to confront during my own journey of inner healing, surrender, and spiritual growth.

For years, I thought I trusted God. But there were still areas where I felt like I had to be in control. I eventually realized I was relating to God through the lens of what people had done to me.

And once God revealed that to me, I had to learn how to separate God’s character from people’s behavior, let go of control, and learn what it really looked like to trust God as my God.
