Welcome to the first episode of Decoding Consciousness

What does it mean to truly know yourself? Not the resume version, not the roles you play, but the you, underneath all of it all?

That's where Grace and Hannah start. Two sisters, lifelong best friends, and fellow travelers on a path that's led them through plant medicine ceremonies, spiritual awakenings, rock bottoms, and the kind of breakthroughs that can't quite be put into words... but they try anyway.

This first episode is less of an introduction and more of an initiation.
