After a few drinks and a fair amount of smoke, Doug & Phil set out on a mission of “archaeological redistribution.” In other words: grave robbing.

It was supposed to be a night like countless nights before — drugs, booze, and corpses.

But when an unexpected body rises from the grave, their night takes a dark turn. Running for their lives through the eerie mist of the old cemetery, the brothers must face a horde of the living dead and, like Pops says, “There’s witchcraft in the cemetery tonight.”

After surviving a cemetery full of the walking dead, Doug and Phil DeGrave do what any reasonable person would do — they get arrested.

Locked inside a small-town police station on a cold rainy night, the brothers figure the worst is behind them. They are wrong. Something is in the building with them. Something that wore innocence like a disguise and claws like a warning. Some creatures don't look like what they are. That's the whole point.

Sheriff Davis thought the cemetery was the nightmare. He hasn't seen anything yet.

Blood will spill. A cat will be involved. And Doug and Phil will learn, not for the last time, that the supernatural has a real talent for showing up when you're already having the worst night of your life.

This is DeGrave Brothers.

Business is bad. The only souls who've set foot in the brothers' new headquarters are a pair of Jehovah's Witnesses who left screaming. Doug's been casing cemeteries at night. Phil's been reading Pops' black book and getting nowhere. The dream is dying.

Then a beautiful blonde in a white dress walks through the door with an envelope full of cash and a job up north — a decaying inn outside Port Angeles called the Coldwater. Something destroyed a guest from the inside out. Blood on the ceiling. Symbols on the walls. The kind of thing that defies explanation.

Doug is already in love. Phil is already suspicious. Herman barely starts.

A road trip where sex, coffins and clam chowder converge under the sodium lights of truck stop.
