Dads, Step Up — What Does Stepping Up Really Look Like?
Being a father is more than a title, it's a responsibility. In this episode of X and the Single Mom, we explore what it truly means for dads to step up, from being emotionally present and financially responsible to consistently showing up for their children.
But Moms, this message is for you, too! If Dad is genuinely trying to be involved, don't make it difficult. Step aside, encourage a healthy father-child relationship, and give him room to parent.
Fatherhood isn't optional, and parenting shouldn't fall on Mom alone. Both parents have a responsibility to put their children first.
Stepping up isn't about what you say, it's about what you do.
Note: This message does not apply to situations involving abuse, violence, or circumstances that put a child at risk.
