In this episode of Voices of Dreamers, Omar and I engage in a heartfelt conversation, Omar shares his inspiring journey as a DACA recipient. Omar discusses the challenges faced by the immigrant community, the emotional toll of discovering his immigration status, and the impact of DACA on his life. He reflects on his experiences working at Microsoft, the importance of education, and the significance of reconnecting with his roots in Mexico. The conversation emphasizes the power of community support, the political landscape surrounding immigration, and the aspirations of Dreamers.
