In this urgent and sobering message, we confront the growing rise of false doctrines and deceptive religious movements that are actively targeting young people in universities, campuses, and major cities. Scripture repeatedly warns that in the last days deception will increase, and many will be drawn away from the truth through teachings that appear sincere, biblical, or spiritually compelling on the surface—but ultimately distort the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This sermon examines how groups such as World Mission Society Church of God and similar movements often focus their outreach on students, young adults, and spiritually curious individuals who may be searching for truth, purpose, and belonging. Through strategic recruitment, persuasive teachings, and selective use of Scripture, many are being drawn into doctrines that depart from the historic Christian faith.
