Raised in the Mormon faith, Brady Moore grew up believing that obedience would bring him purpose and peace. Instead, he describes years of sexual shame, family pressure, and mental health struggles that followed him through a mission in Chile and two residential recovery programs.

Brady joins Andrew and Melody Post to share what led him to question the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints—and ultimately leave. He discusses being labeled a sex addict, the impact of guilt on his marriage and self-worth, and how reading the CES Letter prompted him to investigate the beliefs he had been taught.

Now a life coach through his business, Mas Fortaleza, Brady reflects on meditation, rebuilding trust, and learning to distinguish his own desires from religious expectations. The conversation also explores faith after Mormonism, living with uncertainty, and finding hope beyond religious control.

Content note: Discussion of suicide attempts, self-harm, sexual shame, and religious trauma.
