If you're feeling the pull toward something more, this episode will show you how to trust it.
In this episode, I'm talking with Amanda O'Mara, an embodied leadership mentor, and nervous system specialist talking all about:
- What happens when a thriving business suddenly stops working—and why it might be a sign to pivot
- How to navigate identity shifts when you're being called to something completely different
- The truth about intuitive gifts: are they learned, remembered, or unlocked?
- Inside spinal energetics and how the body releases stored trauma and heals itself
- Dealing with skeptics, online hate, and staying fully expressed in your truth
Amanda shares her journey from running a successful fitness coaching business to answering a life-changing call into the healing space. After a sudden drop in revenue forced her to reevaluate everything, she began trusting her intuition, developing her gifts, and building a new, aligned path.
We dive into identity shifts, nervous system healing, spiritual awakening, and what it really takes to follow your calling—even when it makes no logical sense.
