  • This Was NOT on My Bingo Card: Pro Cornhole Player Accused of Murder
    2026/03/24

A 27-year-old quadruple amputee and professional cornhole player is now facing first- and second-degree murder charges after authorities say he fatally shot an acquaintance during an argument inside a Tesla SUV, then fled with the victim's body still in the vehicle.

According to investigators, Dayton James Webber allegedly shot 27-year-old Bradrick Michael Wells while Wells sat in the front passenger seat during a late-night drive in Maryland. Police say two other passengers were also inside the SUV when the argument happened. Authorities allege Webber later stopped the vehicle, asked the backseat passengers to help remove the body, and when they refused, he drove off alone.

Hours later, Wells' body was reportedly found in a yard, and investigators tracked Webber's Tesla more than 100 miles away to Virginia, where he was eventually arrested.

What makes this case even more shocking is that Webber had previously gained attention for overcoming enormous physical challenges, competing in wrestling and later in the American Cornhole League.

This video breaks down the allegations, the timeline, and why this case has so many people saying the exact same thing: this was absolutely not on anyone's bingo card.

Important: These are allegations based on law enforcement reports and charging documents. Webber has not been convicted and is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.

    2026/03/23

    Crime Talk Store: https://scottreisch.com/crime-talk-store

Justin Timberlake's newly released bodycam footage is putting the "one martini" line back in the spotlight. Redacted video released on March 21, 2026, appears to show the June 18, 2024 Sag Harbor traffic stop that led to his arrest. Police said he ran a stop sign, drifted out of his lane, refused a breath test, and had trouble following sobriety instructions.

The case later ended with Timberlake pleading guilty in September 2024 to a reduced driving while impaired violation, along with fines and community service. In this video, we break down what the footage appears to show, what mattered legally, and why the clip is getting so much attention now.

This video is commentary based on publicly discussed details and released footage.

  • SCOTUS vs "Election Day": Mississippi's Mail Ballot Deadline Fight (Watson v. RNC)
    2026/03/23

Because apparently the words "Election Day" need a Supreme Court decoder ring.

In Watson v. RNC, the Supreme Court is weighing whether federal election-day statutes override Mississippi's rule that counts ballots postmarked by Election Day and received within 5 business days.

The Fifth Circuit said ballots must be received by Election Day. Mississippi argues votes are cast on time when mailed on time, and postal delays should not cancel valid ballots.

In this video, we break down the justices' questions, the key statutes at issue — 2 U.S.C. §§ 1, 7, and 3 U.S.C. § 1 — and what this case could mean for election rules nationwide.

Listen to the oral-argument audio before the spin machine tells you what you "heard."
