In 1998, Matthew Shephard was going to College in Wyoming. He went to bar one night and never came home. His death would make news worldwide and change legislation to make it Hate Crime to target someone based on their Sexuality. This is a very sad and tragic case.

Brandy Duvall was a 14 year old who loved Michael Jordan and loved wearing his jersey. Should not have been an issue. But in Denver in 1997, the gangs in the area were massive and wearing that jersey could be trouble. And it was. This is probably one of the most brutal cases we have covered.
