I'm back sharing some thoughts about a reaction I had to someone's choice to blow past her own 'NO' and hold it up as a prime example of how we do this to ourselves with the best intentions. Let's talk about it. Because for sure you can get results blowing past your own limitations, but also YOU DON'T HAVE TO. You can create results WHILE HONORING your capacity and comfort level.

I saw a reel on my feed from this guy that was basically bullying GPT in real time and I had a lot of thoughts about that and the specific THINGS he was trying to humiliate it for—so telling. I made my own reel about it on IG as well, but I wanted to share this here too for those who aren't on there.

Quick note about why I removed the episode I uploaded the other day (in case you saw it appear and disappear and were wondering) and also a note about the massive fear that comes up for me every single time I release something new and the excruciating thing that still happens in me even after ALL these years. Maybe you relate.

Humans are cute, and like celestial bodies. I was thinking about this and how the people I wanted to validate me in my youth could not, and how I could not for them either, though I did try. And they did try too. I hope this is a balm to you as it was to me.

I feel such a passion about this, always, and here's why. The REAL innocence, is something so much more excruciatingly beautiful than the surface level one that most people talk about. And this is what real innocence is to me. 💕
