概要
In 2017, Lee, founder and CEO along with Jeni and Zack created a plant-based Barbeque brand, Barvecue. This came with the dream to promote animal welfare, improve human health, and promote a healthier planet.
Now Barvecue is a national brand with innovative products; naked Barvecue, pulled Barvecue, and Barveque carnitas. They just opened the world's largest plant-based smokehouse and are entering into major retailers and foodservice accounts.
