    The Emilia Romagna Grand Prix returned once more to the F1 calendar, with the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari circuit home to a hectic weekend of racing. The first Sprint race of the season, the first of three in their new tweaked format for this year and rain came together for quite the Grand Prix on Sunday and thank goodness for that because it gives us plenty to discuss.

    After three flyaways marking the first three races of the longest season in F1 history, the pinnacle of motorsport returns to Europe for the first time in 2022. Back in Imola, ahead of the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. It also marks the first of three F1 Sprint events this year and with a reshuffled grid and teams not expected to be bringing a huge amount of upgrades, can Ferrari continue their top form and extend their gap at the top. Will Red Bull continue to be blighted by reliability woes. Alex Albon and Williams stole a point in Melbourne last time out, could they do it again this weekend?

    F1 returned to Australia and a revitalised Albert Park to race for the first time in three years. Qualifying looked ultra competitive but the race was another story in what turned out to be the most dominant display by Ferrari and Charles Leclerc we’ve seen all season as the Ferrari driver took his second win of the year ahead of Sergio Perez and George Russell who secured his first Mercedes podium..
