    At (35:44) the conversation shifts to Golf Digest's Top 100 Golf Courses in Australia, with Sammy putting the question to Lynchy — what actually makes a great golf course?

    At (43:09) it's Around the Grounds, kicking off with Cam Young's win at Doral, including a look at the penalty situations that caught a few players out during the week — among them Young himself and our own Adam Scott (49:11).

    At (56:32) it's time for The Scramble as Lynchy turns the tables on Sammy — what is his favourite hole at Cheltenham?

  • Rolapp's LIV Praise, Furyk's Ryder Cup Return & The Fitzpatrick Brothers | Episode 40

    Sammy and Lynchy kick off the show recapping the round they shared during the week at Sammy's home club before diving into a big week in golf news.

    At (4:55) the guys get into the PGA Tour cutting tournaments and staff connected to the Hawaii events, and at (8:25) they play and react to PGA Tour CEO Brian Rolapp's surprisingly positive words about LIV Golf and what it could signal for the future of the game.

    At (14:09) the conversation turns to Jim Furyk being named US Ryder Cup captain for 2027, with the guys revisiting memories of the last time Furyk had the honour — a defeat to Europe back in 2018. At (21:19) it's an early Scramble as Sammy asks Lynchy whether Keegan Bradley deserves another shot at captaining the US side, before the conversation shifts closer to home with the Presidents Cup coming in September and our own Geoff Ogilvy leading the Internationals as captain.

    At (33:43) it's Around the Grounds, opening with the first Women's Major of the year at The Chevron, before landing on the feel good moment of the year at the Zurich Classic — the Fitzpatrick brothers taking out the tournament together on the PGA Tour.

    At (44:57) The Scramble returns for a second round as Sammy reads out a special listener question. At (53:03) it's Course Language Confessional time — it's Lynchy's confession, but don't be surprised when Sammy gets involved too. The guys then briefly preview the upcoming PGA Tour event at Doral at (56:55).

    Sammy and Lynchy kick off the show with a chat about their weeks on the course, including Sammy agonisingly close to breaking par for 9 holes before it all unravelled with two holes to play.

    At (9:35) the guys dive into the biggest golf story of the week — the rumour that LIV Golf could lose their funding at the end of 2026, and what that could mean for the game. At (25:50) they report that The Lakes in Sydney will host the Aussie PGA Championship the weekend before the Australian Open at Kingston Heath, before heading into Around the Grounds at (30:54).

    At (35:06) it's time for The Scramble with Lynchy at the wheel, asking Sammy whether a big event is needed the week after The Masters or whether the calendar should take a breath and shine a light on a Korn Ferry tournament instead. At (41:17) Ryan questions Sammy on yet another golf training aid that has found its way into his bag, and at (45:04) we reveal the winner of our April Major Series Chrome Tour ball giveaway.
